Terms

Vantage gives guidance on promotions offered by state-licensed sportsbooks and online casinos. We don't take bets, place bets for you, hold your money, or log into your accounts. You open, fund and control your own accounts, and every decision is yours.

• You must be 21 or older and physically in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan or West Virginia when you play.
• Each offer is for new customers of that app, and you must follow the app's own terms.
• When a promo makes money, the profit is split between you and Vantage at the rate we agree on before you start. That share is how we're paid for our guidance. There's nothing to pay upfront.
• You can stop at any time. The split only applies to promos you completed.
• We are not affiliated with any sportsbook or casino. App names are only used to describe offers.

Loss coverage

If you complete a promo following the written steps your consultant gave you and it ends at a loss, we reimburse that loss and take no share of anything on that promo.

• Covered: the net loss on a promo in your plan, done the way we laid out.
• Not covered: extra bets or games outside the plan, promos you do on your own, or accounts that aren't in your name.
• We settle each promo when it closes out, and you'll see the result in your record.

Referral program

Refer someone who's 21+ in an eligible state. When they finish their promos with us, you earn a referral bonus. We confirm the amount with you before you share. Bonuses aren't paid for referrals who are under 21, outside eligible states, or who don't complete their promos.

Privacy

We collect what you send us (name, contact info, state, apps used) and the results of the promos you do with us. We use it to run the service and keep records. We don't sell your information, and our public results are totals only, never names or individual results.

Responsible gaming

Only use money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun or starts to feel like a need, stop and talk to someone.

• If you want out, tell your consultant. We'll close things out with you and won't contact you about new offers.
